It’s about OWNING that you’re a business owner and not a hobbyist who’s giving away your time, knowledge, and talent for free.
It’s about feeling confident and comfortable talking about money and making money.
It’s about making a true impact in the world through resourcing yourself and others.
It’s about being in charge of your business growth and not just “waiting” for your business to take off.
It’s about doing work that matters DEEPLY in the world and feeling good about getting paid handsomely for it.
This is REALLY what sales and selling are about. And this is exactly what I help my clients be about too!

I take my private clients through a sales framework that targets all the major places we get stuck with sales. (‘Cause let’s get real…there’s a lot of places we can feel stuck with selling.)
This is not a one-size-fits-all program, but a framework that we personalize to YOU and how YOU work best.
I’m just not about the recipes…or cookie-cutters…or here-do-this model. If being a therapist taught me anything, it’s that one-size-fits-all approaches just don’t work.

Why Do You Need To Understand Your Root Causes?
What I see happen time and again in business is that smart, driven entrepreneurs will keep throwing money and strategy at a problem without ever getting to the root cause of why they’re actually stuck in their business. I see this happen the most around sales and selling.
What I know to be true in my bones is that selling is a skill anyone can learn and everyone can get good at. And that there’s no such thing as a natural sales person…there’s no sales gene. With that said, sometimes strategy just isn’t enough and there’s more going on that makes selling feel so hard…or gross…or slimy.
Usually, there’s a root cause behind the fear and general ick factor you feel around sales. Something you’ve experienced or learned along the way that’s making it hard for you to sell (or want to sell) in your business right now.
Let me give you an example: Let’s say the root cause of your sales fear is around feeling “not good enough”. Well then, you probably avoid selling or sell in really timid ways because you feel like neither you nor your services are good enough to get paid for.
Once you know the real reason you shy away from selling, you can start taking steps to own the value of your services and the results you help people create. This ultimately helps you sell with confidence – and confident selling = more sales made.
Essentially, you’re solving the root cause of the problem and not just band-aiding things with more strategy!

What Is My Why?
Think about it this way, when you avoid selling in your business, you ALSO avoid stepping up as the CEO of your business…you avoid making a bigger impact in your corner of the world…you avoid creating a life (and bank account) you love.
I want more for you. I want more for the online industry. I want more for women business owners everywhere.
For example, my clients don’t just make more money when they learn to sell with confidence (although they DO make a lot more money and this feels REALLY good to them). They also feel more confident in every area of their life…they easily own their value and expertise…they create their ideal freedom-based life…they transform the lives of others.
And the more money my clients make in their business, the more choices they create for themselves about how and where to spend their time, energy, and heart each day, and that means everything to them (and to me).
Sales is about feeling good…doing good…being good for your business.
How Would I Describe My Coaching Style?
If being a therapist taught me anything, it’s that not every client needs the same style, and that it’s my job to meet my clients where they’re at. This means being flexible in my approach, depending on what best fits the needs, personality, and learning style of the client in front of me. For example, some clients respond better to direct guidance and challenging feedback, while other clients respond better to an open and reflective container in which they can process – and it’s my job to give each client what they need to transform.
What Do My Coaching Sessions Look Like?
Again, I don’t use a cookie-cutter approach to my coaching or my coaching sessions. It’s very much about where the client is at and what they need from me and the coaching relationship on that particular day. On any given day, we might do more strategy or we might do more mindset – or a combination of both. I help my clients prioritize what they need most to keep our sessions focused and productive, and keep them creating results in their life and business.

There are more than enough coaches out there, but experience, training, and results MATTER when hiring a coach. What’s the Difference Between Therapy and Coaching?
Therapy often takes a problem-focused approach, with emphasis put on the client having problems, and trying to understand why. While many skills and approaches used in therapy are effective in a coaching relationship, our work together will focus more on finding solutions, developing beliefs that support greater success, and helping you cultivate your natural strengths to create any result in your business or life. And although I’m a licensed psychotherapist, I will not be doing psychotherapy with you during our coaching. If, at any time during the coaching relationship, I feel that psychotherapy would be a more appropriate fit for you or an important part of your growth, I will discuss that with you, and will walk you through the next steps.
What Results Are Possible For You In Our Work Together?
When you make more sales, you create more choices about how and where to spend your time, energy, and heart. You start taking charge of how fast and how much your business grows.
